Team coaching
We am grateful to Mobius Executive Leadership who describe team coaching as: Real-time interventions during regular team meetings and work sessions resulting in immediate improvements in awareness, skills, and effectiveness.
By observing teams in action doing real work we help them to notice their own behaviour and ways of working, edges and strengths, and guide them to make and practise changes in real-time. Repeated use of coaching interventions ensures these improvements will be sustained for the long term
Teams rarely struggle because people don't care.
More often, they're busy, under pressure and navigating increasing complexity. Conversations become shorter. Assumptions creep in. Good intentions get lost. Before long, trust begins to fray and the work becomes harder than it needs to be.
Our role is to create the space for teams to think well together.
Whether your bringing a new leadership team together, supporting a team through growth or change, wanting two interdependent teams work more effectively, or hosting an important off-site, we create the conditions for open dialogue, stronger relationships and better decisions.
Our work draws on team coaching, systems thinking and proven approaches including Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions and Gottman's research into healthy relationships. But models are only ever the starting point. Every team is different, and our work is shaped by the people in the room, the conversations that need to happen and the future they're trying to create.
Because the strongest teams aren't those without disagreement. They're the ones with enough trust to challenge each other honestly, enough courage to hold each other accountable, and enough shared purpose to move forward together.
“A leader is someone who is willing, able and entrusted to articulate, embody and help realise a story of possibility, for a social group, at a point in time.”
