I have loved building my thriving leadership and development business, encouraging people at pivotal points in their career. Whilst I am highly experienced, with a wealth of both industry and consultancy experience, what really sets us apart is the way I work. I believe that successful consultancy requires a different and more inclusive approach, based on sustained relationships and shared responsibility. I believe in acting as true business partner and supporting leaders and businesses to be the best they can be.

I have worked globally with a range of clients including Ipsos, Teneo, Citizens Advice, JLL, UBM, Britain Thinks, The Body Shop to name but a few – and I am particularly proud of the work I do with Nat West Women in Business accreditation programme, through everywoman.

Building Resilience has been a key theme for me over three past few years... personal resilience, building resilience cultures and fostering resilience within people across organisations. Most recently I have pivoted to embrace the world of virtual learning and development and thoroughly enjoying the challenge and amazing opportunities it presents!

I am passionate in supporting my clients in resolving challenging situations that require bridging a gap and bringing people together across a variety of divides (cultural and functional), including ones that they may have within themselves. I am known for my practical approach, compassion, willingness to challenge clients and bring up what’s not being said.
