I am leadership and systems coach, facilitator, trainer and story shifter. My ways of working are varied, but I come to all with the same promise of a warm relationship, challenging questions and honest observations that help you to move forward with clarity, alignment and purpose.

I’ve led teams, advised, coached and developed leaders in Canada, North and South-east Asia, France and Germany. I’m now based in London, England. My approach reflects the diversity of my international experience, incorporates models and frameworks from systems thinking, narrative therapy, ontological coaching, emotional and social intelligence and a strong emphasis on experiential practice.

As a society we face new challenges and we need a new type of leadership to address them - leaders who have the courage to let go of control, sit in the fire of differences, hold space for the difficult conversations and articulate collective journeys of change that draw diverse groups together to innovate in new ways. Our own stories, and the stories we tell as leaders are critical.

I work with leaders, teams, individuals and partnerships who want to evolve, grow and realise new stories of possibility. I specialise in helping leaders to better face the challenges of leadership: to transition to new roles or organisations; to align, inspire and bring people with them; to develop global, systemic and enterprise leadership; to drive sustainable growth. For women leaders, it's a joy to share my first-hand experience of leaning in, and stepping back.

Sara Parsons

I have loved building my thriving leadership and development business, encouraging people at pivotal points in their career. Whilst I am highly experienced, with a wealth of both industry and consultancy experience, what really sets us apart is the way I work. I believe that successful consultancy requires a different and more inclusive approach, based on sustained relationships and shared responsibility. I believe in acting as true business partner and supporting leaders and businesses to be the best they can be.

I have worked globally with a range of clients including Ipsos, Teneo, Citizens Advice, JLL, UBM, Britain Thinks, The Body Shop to name but a few – and I am particularly proud of the work I do with Nat West Women in Business accreditation programme, through everywoman.

Building Resilience has been a key theme for me over three past few years... personal resilience, building resilience cultures and fostering resilience within people across organisations. Most recently I have pivoted to embrace the world of virtual learning and development and thoroughly enjoying the challenge and amazing opportunities it presents!

I am passionate in supporting my clients in resolving challenging situations that require bridging a gap and bringing people together across a variety of divides (cultural and functional), including ones that they may have within themselves. I am known for my practical approach, compassion, willingness to challenge clients and bring up what’s not being said.
